This VIP Membership Auto-Renewable Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all VIP subscription services offered within the LuzTV application (“App”).

By purchasing a VIP Membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

VIP Members receive access to premium features and content as described in the App at the time of purchase, which may include:

• Access to VIP or premium content (where available)
• Ad-free or reduced-ad viewing experience
• Offline playback for supported content
• Enhanced playback or viewing features

VIP benefits are available only during an active subscription period and may vary by plan, region, or content availability.

• VIP Membership plans, pricing, and billing periods are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
• All payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
• Prices may vary by location and are subject to applicable taxes.

LuzTV does not collect or store your Apple ID payment credentials.

VIP Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period for the next subscription term.
• You may manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not affect the current active subscription period.

If a free trial is offered:

• The duration and conditions of the free trial will be clearly displayed before activation.
• At the end of the free trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid VIP Membership unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Each Apple ID is eligible for a free trial only once unless otherwise stated.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. LuzTV cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.

LuzTV reserves the right to modify VIP Membership benefits, pricing, or plans. Any changes will be communicated in the App and will take effect at the next billing cycle where required by law.

LuzTV may suspend or terminate access to VIP Membership services if these terms are violated. You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

VIP Membership services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LuzTV does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any content or feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuzTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VIP Membership services.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on the relevant policy page. Continued use of VIP Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
