User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Welcome to LuzTV. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the LuzTV mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using LuzTV, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LuzTV. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Some features of LuzTV require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

LuzTV provides video playback services, including online streaming and offline viewing features, subject to this Agreement.

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Service or its systems
• Circumvent any technical limitations, security measures, or access controls

LuzTV allows users to access various video contents through the app.

• Content availability may vary by region and over time
• Certain content may require an active internet connection
• Offline viewing is available only for content that supports download and is subject to limitations

LuzTV does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access to any specific content.

Some features may require a paid subscription or membership.

• Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed within the app
• Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

LuzTV may display advertisements within the app.

• Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners
• Ads may be personalized subject to your device settings and applicable permissions
• LuzTV is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to LuzTV.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate this Agreement or if required for legal or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuzTV makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including availability, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, LuzTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted within the app or on the relevant policy page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
