Membership Agreement (VIP Membership)

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the VIP Membership and other paid subscription services (“Membership”) offered within the LuzTV application.

By purchasing or using a LuzTV VIP Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Membership.

LuzTV offers a VIP Membership, which provides eligible users with access to enhanced features and benefits within the app.

VIP Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• Access to VIP or premium content (where available)
• An ad-free or reduced-ad viewing experience
• Offline viewing for supported content
• Enhanced playback features or viewing options

VIP benefits are available only during an active subscription period and may vary depending on the selected plan, region, or content availability.

• VIP Membership plans, pricing, and billing periods are clearly displayed within the app before purchase
• Prices may vary by region and may include applicable taxes
• All payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system

LuzTV does not collect or store your Apple ID payment credentials.

Unless otherwise stated, VIP Membership subscriptions are auto-renewing.

• The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• The renewal fee will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You may manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings

Canceling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not affect the current active subscription period.

If a free trial is offered for VIP Membership:

• The duration and conditions of the free trial will be shown before activation
• At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid VIP Membership unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• Each Apple ID is eligible for a free trial only once unless otherwise stated

• VIP Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with other accounts
• Certain content or features may be subject to additional restrictions or regional limitations

• Membership payments are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests are handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies
• LuzTV does not have the authority to issue refunds for purchases made through Apple

LuzTV reserves the right to:

• Modify VIP Membership benefits, features, or availability
• Adjust pricing or introduce new VIP plans
• Discontinue or replace VIP Membership offerings

Any changes will be communicated within the app and, where required, will apply at the next billing cycle.

• LuzTV may suspend or terminate VIP Membership access if this Agreement or related policies are violated
• You may terminate your VIP Membership at any time by canceling the subscription through your Apple ID settings

VIP access will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

VIP Membership services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LuzTV does not guarantee uninterrupted access to VIP features or the permanent availability of any specific content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuzTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of VIP Membership services.

We may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or on the relevant policy page. Continued use of VIP Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

By purchasing a VIP Membership in LuzTV, you agree to the following terms regarding auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Subscription Benefits: Access to VIP/premium content; ad-free or reduced-ad viewing; offline playback for supported content; enhanced playback features.
• Subscription Period and Pricing: Displayed in the app before purchase; processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase; prices may vary by region and taxes.
• Automatic Renewal: Renews at the end of each billing period; Apple ID is charged within 24 hours prior to period end; you can manage/cancel via Apple ID settings.
• Free Trial (If Applicable): If offered, trial details are shown before activation; converts to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before trial ends; typically one trial per Apple ID unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: Non-refundable except as required by law or Apple policies; refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
• Changes to Terms: LuzTV may modify benefits, pricing, or plans; changes take effect at the next billing cycle and will be communicated in-app.
