Content Unlock Agreement

This Content Unlock Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms and conditions for accessing premium or locked content within the LuzTV application (“App”). By unlocking content, you agree to these terms.

LuzTV offers access to premium or restricted content through the following methods:

• VIP Membership / Subscription: Unlock full access to premium content for the duration of an active subscription.
• In-App Actions: Certain content may be unlocked temporarily through ad viewing, promotions, or other in-app activities.

All unlocked content is subject to availability and regional restrictions.

• Unlocking content does not grant ownership of the content; access is limited to the App and for the duration of the unlock method (subscription or in-app action).
• Certain content may have restrictions or expiration dates; LuzTV reserves the right to modify access rules.
• Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if required by law.

• Unlocking VIP content via subscription is processed through Apple In-App Purchase and follows the VIP Membership Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms.
• Any ad-based or promotional unlocks are free to the user but may require viewing certain content or completing specific actions.
• LuzTV does not guarantee continued availability of unlocked content indefinitely.

• Unlocking content via subscription is non-refundable, except as required by law or Apple’s refund policies.
• Content unlocked through ad-based or promotional methods does not entitle the user to any refund.

LuzTV reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate any content unlock method at any time. Changes will be communicated in the App or on the relevant policy page.

• LuzTV provides content access on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• LuzTV is not responsible for any interruption, removal, or unavailability of unlocked content.
